Additionally, I maintain and communicate well-structured business and product specification documents, ensuring seamless coordination between business and technical teams. My role extends to leading crucial customer requirement analysis meetings and effectively managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. I also play a key part in defect resolution, feature implementation testing, and active participation in training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions for successful project delivery.
