Recruited all 10 employees of the company, including management.Building market penetration strategies, set up annual and long term work plan with reachable mile stones and targets.In 2019, established an advertising company called 'Add to Cart' that sold advertising space to supermarkets, through carts. We controlled the market, with ~70% market share, managed campaigns for the largest FMCG manufacturers in Israel, such as 'OSEM', 'SANO' and more.I've been an entrepreneur for most of my life, took part in business management, advertising and marketing. The first company I founded was in 2017- an advertising company called 'PRO LED' offering advertising product in the form of a unique projector. Provided service to selected chains in Israel from various fields - food, fashion, diamonds and more. The company has achieved great performance and profits.
