As a Learning Program Expert at Amdocs, I’m Responsible to engage and partner stakeholders in the business groups and in corporate, in order to assist the units achieve their goals by promoting learning solutions. My role requires me to: • Understand the global business directions and translate them into learning implications• Generate learning work plans, based on Learning needs analysis (periodically and ongoing) • Managing and governing business groups learning processes, including budget allocation and prioritization• Develop and structure tools for accelerating professional capabilities• Act as a trusted adviser and learning consultant with Business stakeholdersAlso, in my ‘other hat’ I’m taking an active part in Amdocs internal facilitator’s team. In that role I’m delivering/facilitating soft skills and behavioral training at all levels.

•Management of Projects while generating cooperation between participants towards handling the demands of the tasks and the timeframes•Responsible for the effectiveness of Training Procedures: diagnostics, defining the criteria for qualification, development of tools for enhanced qualification and practical training•Formulation of Training courses (Macro) from initial mapping of position components and up to the sequence and rationale of the training •Development of Training materials (Micro) in classic and computerized form including: lesson plans, exercises, tests, presentations and simulations•Implementation of behavioral skills, procedures and prevailing updates in training courses
