·        Configuring and Customizing the General Settings in Sap GTS – Organization Structure, Partner Structure, Document Structure, Legal Regulation, and Determination Procedure·        Supporting Compliance functionality of GTS including SPL, Embargo, Legal Control and Customs functionality including Export declaration and Product Classification·        Gathering the requirements from business and configure the changes into the system as per the requirements for different application such as SPL, Embargo, Legal Control and Customs Management and Resolving issues related to Export Declaration Process·        Responsible for Customs Documents screening and Customs Export Declaration·        Uploading of SPL data files, Commodity and Tariff code into SAP GTS system·        Supporting the GTS like releasing the blocked documents by SPL Screening and Embargo ·        Maintain and activate the Legal Regulations for each and every application areas.·        Integrated SAP GTS via SEEBURGER for the Electronic communication with Customs Authorities·        Configuration of Organizational units, Transfer of documents and master data from SAP R/3 to SAP GTS.

 Responsible for classifying commodities, software, and technology with Harmonized Tariff System Numbers (HTS) for US,EU,CN,JP,SG,IL,TW,KR and AP Countries in SAP - GTS Providing Global Import (HTS) and Export (ECCN) classification/ruling guidance to programs that will result in duty-savings, ultimately benefit the programs and in turn support internal business units to ensure compliance with Customs regulations and other trade requirements. Releasing SPL, Uploading MK Denial list in SAP – GTS. Responsible for Correct classification by applying GRI rules and ensure it meets the customs rulings.  Supporting teams to allow on-time export of product to customers and for on - time receiving of product from vendors through the facilitation of the correct documentation Establish and maintain a central database of Global Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) and duty / tax rates for all products. Coordinate the movement of import and export shipments safely, timely, and cost effectively while meeting all international trade regulations. Source and Negotiate with transportation suppliers to ensure departmental objectives are met including lowest-cost, highest-quality and on-time delivery. Develop, monitor, and report methods for freight expenditures, supplier performance and import/export compliance. Respond and maintain classification data in the SAP - GTS, and complete classifications assigned within the defined turnaround time.

●Dealing with procurement operations for a Chassis Outrigger, Fasteners and LV cables.● Sending the RFQ (Request for quotation) to multiple suppliers to get best price in the industry.●Verify the Bills of material and drawings to understand the key requirements.●Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.● Responsible to convert PR (Purchase Request) to PO (Purchase Order) and communicate to the selected respective supplier using SAP .●Once a contract is signed, I should keep an eye on it to make sure that the vendors will respect their part of the contract. And, of course, when needed, I have to make the required adjustments to the existent contracts●Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders● Having direct communication with vendors to learn more about their products and services, to make sure that your evaluation is correct and comprehensive.●Check the received product with the production team to ensure that the product meet the required specifications.●Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities
