In 2023 10,000 new AI enthusiasts enrolled in the Czech version of #ElementsofAI and the number of course completions doubled. We have brought the course to a dozen universities countrywide and to a number of other institutions and companies. I arranged hands-on sessions with business professionals for a usually week-long international business residency or online experience. These consist of several meetings with inspirational business people in order to mutually share knowledge, experience, and network. With my colleagues, we complemented the business experience in the destinations with cultural and other events for the participants to understand the big picture of doing business abroad and the specifics of each destination.

I'm proud to have worked at ISP since we were 6 people back in 2001! And to experience what the team achieved in the first 20 years: from humble beginnings, we took 50,000+ participants across 140+ destinations worldwide on over 2000 immersive study trips. ISP also uses its expertise to facilitate corporate and experiential learning programmes around the world. I created mutually interesting and beneficial business events for various audiences globally. The aim is to learn about the specifics of doing business in Spain, Portugal, the USA and Latin America. Usually a week-long trip or online experience, consisting of several meetings with inspirational business people in order to share knowledge, experience, and network. Customer care, research, advice, tailor made itineraries and budgeting were essential parts of what I did.Additionally, I was actively involved in internal projects: 1. developing new parts of and improving our current internal database for more efficient work and user friendliness; and 2. tools for long-term relationships with our speakers.
