From a young age, I have always been an adventurer, planner, narrator, and Solution oriented person. By the age of 10, I was certain that a career in law was my calling.To turn this vision into reality, I honed essential skills for a lawyer: a strong command of both written and spoken language, extensive research capabilities, analytical and logical thinking, time management, and self-motivation.In 2004, I embarked on my legal journey by joining law school. I completed a legal internship under the mentorship of a Senior Advocate at Kanchipuram Courts and Madras High Court. My participation in moot courts, where I earned two gold medals, further refined my abilities. I graduated in 2009 and pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Contracts, including Mercantile Law.Today, I bring over 15 years of extensive experience in litigation and contract management, compliance, corporate advisory, data privacy, real estate matters, labor disputes, domestic enquiry proceedings, statutory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property rights registration and infringement. My expertise spans various industries, including logistics and shipping, insurance, distribution, automobile manufacturing, elevators/escalators, and the IT/ITES sector.As a Corporate Legal Counsel, I have learned to be a collaborative team player who can also work independently when required. I thrive under pressure and excel at working both diligently and intelligently. My attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi, combined with my experience in managing legal operations for multinational companies across PAN India, will undoubtedly propel my career to new heights.
