I was in charge of competitor analysis and competitor monitoring to make sure Amazon remained competitive while I worked in the e-commerce space, with a particular emphasis on the Brazil region. As part of my job, I had to keep tabs on competitors' search engine optimisation (SEO) tactics and digital marketing initiatives, such as Facebook and Instagram Meta advertisements.Additionally, I used Python programming languages, scraping tools, and data extraction tools like XPath and RegEx to keep an eye on competition prices. I was able to successfully identify and add to our radar 15 significant competitors during my time there, which helped Amazon improve its market position and increase sales.
