ACADEMIC PROJECTS• MobQ, a SMS based forum system developed as a 3-Tier application. The system is similar to Yahoo answers but on mobile using PHP and MySQL. J2ME is used for developing the mobile interface module and Ozeki Server for SMS gateway.• Train Ticket Reservation, an application developed using software (structural) patterns. This application provides an interface to book railway tickets for different class of journey. The patterns used for developing this application are Decorator and factory patterns.• GSearch, an application developed in shell script and uses PERL for report generation and GUI. Uses regular expression for finding out the match of given file name and its location in the directory. Application is similar to the Search engine provided by UNIX operating system.• Contrast Enhancer, an application developed using fuzzy logic approach to establish a criterion of contrast measurement and enhance the image by improving the contrast measure using Matlab.• Jazee.com, an online trading site developed using JSP, JavaScript, EnterpriseJava Beans through which customer can buy/bid the products, the customer is alsoallowed to sell their products.• Contraption, a chain reaction created using basic 3D solid objects and curves.
