- Works closely with hiring leaders regarding the selection and placement of exempt and non-exempt staff in the Credit Union.
- Coordinates the annual update of the credit unions Affirmative Action Plan with vendor.
- Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation of human resources policies as they relate to employees of the credit union objectives.
- Manages the new hire orientation process by providing information packets, reviewing company policies; gathering payroll information, reviewing benefit options and ensuring the employee files are complete.
- Facilitates exit interviews and analyzes reason codes and turnover trends.
