Well, decided to walk away from the Address Alert project and instead build and run a hot dog cart. I have noticed that in today's economy no matter how financially strapped a person is, they still eat. A hot dog cart can be taken to local festivals, events and catering events. What makes this cart special is our menu. Not only do we serve all beef hot dogs and great polish sausage, we serve a specialty called "Cowboy Beans". These beans can be purchased as a condiment to your dog or sausage or by the cup or bowl as a complete meal.
