Provide consultative services in recruitment of entry and mid level candidates, as well as staff augmentation management. Specifically: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy and identify qualified internal and/or external candidates; source, and interview candidates; recommend candidates for hire and develop offer packages, and maintain and/or develop recruitment metrics and documentation. Provide guidance as required to ensure that corporate guidelines and employment law requirements are understood and incorporated in hiring strategies and decisions. Manage staff augmentation process for Information Technology departments. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, process improvement and implementation, vendor and client relations, problem resolution and developing/maintaining databases & performance metrics.

Recruitment of union and non-union employees for 3 nuclear generating stations, including identifying/developing productive, cost effective recruitment strategies & increasing qualified diverse candidates. Provide on-site Human Resources support, including new employee orientation, investigating/resolving employee concerns, performance management, employee/labor relations, team building & recognition programs, diversity training and compliance with State & Federal laws & regulations.Participated in Change Management Initiatives, including developing and administering effectiveness surveys, coaching/mentoring managers and line supervisors, & partnering with senior and line management to design and implement programs and processes to improve employee productivity and quality of life. Served as Team Leader for implementation of SAP-HR software for Nuclear, & as team member for SAP-HR implementation for PSEG. Developed & delivered workshops to all levels of the business unit.
