As I have evolved in my career pursuits I have learned many skills along the way. One skill I have always relied on was my passion for education and curriculum development. Whether in the Fire and EMS service or Emergency Management, I find helping to develop knowledge, skills and abilities in others is most rewarding.My work in urban search and rescue as a canine handler has become a lifestyle unrivaled by any other. That pursuit is an outshoot of my practice as a paramedic. I have always relished helping others, especially during emergencies, disasters, crisis and times of need. The above has been built on the foundation of my earlier career in events and marketing, and business development. It is here I learned effective leadership with respect for my team and positive management skills.
