As the Administrative Assistant, I support billing, invoicing, and shipping activities of all major lines of business.   Oversee invoice operations, including creation, communications, and processing and applying payments for industry leading custom manufacturing firm. Support inbound order channels, custom orders, web, and eBay. Collaborate to produce education, meetings, and events to achieve OSHA and ISO compliance and complete reporting requirements.Top Achievements:• Generate and process daily customer invoices in company verticals, laser works and commercial lines• Communicate with 250 clients per week by sending invoices, processing electronic payments, supplying tracking numbers, and proof of deliveries, strengthening customer relationships• Onboard employees by preparing employee handbooks and team member files and completing I-9 verificationsKey Responsibilities:• Manage relationships with large account contacts• Process inbound work orders, assign work to proper vertical production team, follow order through to shipping and payment• Organize monthly process reviews, take detailed meeting minutes to maintain OSHA and ISO 9001 compliance• Enter accounts payable, pay outstanding invoices, and reconcile business checkbook monthly
