Lookout Ridge Consulting (formerly Salisbury Management Services) provides management, financial and organizational consulting services for agricultural production and agribusiness firms. We help owners and managers keep their businesses healthy and their people happy.

In the Ag Economics Department, I provided support to Extension colleagues and producers on budgeting, cost of production, financial analysis and economics.

With gracious cooperation of over 50 Michigan dairies, I measured the profitability, labor efficiency and quality of life on management intensive grazing dairies as compared to conventional dairies of similar size.
