Key responsibilities/accomplishments:• Proactively worked to develop analytics to ensure the organization met the company’s financial targets. Developed methodology (patent, IDF#4185, co-inventor) for identifying and managing synergy achievement by IT development organizations. The implementation of this methodology during a corporate merger transaction verified a multi-million dollar savings. • Additional responsibilities included ensuring development projects were started on time by balancing business priorities and resource capacity. Key responsibilities/accomplishments:• Responsible for the creation, development and delivery of project and financial performance measures for company’s IT organization. Responsibilities also included the communication of results with executives and the recommendation of workflow improvements. • Served as a subject matter expert in the development of a web-enabled executive dashboard (built with MicroStrategy) that provided for near-real-time reporting of key performance indicators in the area of application development.
