Brainy Day Designs is my company. My business provides services as writing, editing, and illustrating. Other aspects of my company involve creation of jewelry and sales of Wedding/General invitations. As a freelancer, one of my accounts is researching, writing, and illustrating for the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. Also, I currently am a supplier and consultant for Carlson Craft Wedding Invitations and printed products. I offer a 30% discount on these products. I also have expanded into making exotic, one-of-a kind jewelry, which is sold at three locations: Foxglove Cottage in Palatine, Art Beat Gallery in Hayward, Wisconsin, and Bolwinkel's in Moose Lake (Hayward) Wisconsin.

I am a retired teacher from District 15 in Palatine, Illinois. I taught gifted students during my time there. Before this, I worked for the Chicago Archdiocese for 3 years, teaching in the city of Chicago from 1972-1975.
