We focus on identifying the most efficient means of moving the customer’s freight, discovering innovative solutions to client problems, and building valuable relationships with carriers.Responsibilities:-Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers.-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.-Maintain customer relations and communicate with carriers to offer Trinity’s servicesand tools available to them.-Daily management and coordination of shipments. Work with plant management to establish proactive strategies to facilitate positive employee relations, engagement, and employee training and career development.15% Ensure compliance with Cargill HR policy and federal and state employment and labor law. Close partnering with Cargill GHRO Employee Relations and Cargill Law teams to ensure process and policy adherence.10% Manage the HR and Health Services teams and provide visible and credible leadership around all key initiatives in these areas. Ensure compliance with Cargill policies and procedures for medical and safety management.
