I am an HR professional with ability to form solid relationships with my colleagues, peers, management and TPA's. I believe in a positive energy work environment. I have been certified in FMLA administration and have a strong background working with employee benefits and payrolls. When I find myself in unfamiliar territory, I am quick to dive into researching the topic, further educating myself. Some highlights I've enjoyed most from my career are converting two companies HRMS/PRMS systems to higher performing programs that were better suited to the businesses; sitting on a committee to research and implement employee engagement; conducting benefit awareness meetings with management; and learning fascinating pieces of the companies. My accomplishments are not mine alone and I am grateful to those I've worked with, learned from and formed lasting relationships with networking advantages.
