Over 20 years of diverse electric utility experience has afforded me the opportunity to be an active participant in the industry from a variety of perspectives from a vertically integrated utility, a ISO/RTO, and regulatory authority. I bring management and process experience in compliance management and standards development of NERC reliability standards. I collaborated with industry stakeholders on the Personnel Certification Program. I effectively led a team of professionals in the NERC Standards Information department, managed efficient communication and coordination with industry stakeholders and standard drafting teams. I developed strategies with my team on ways to ensure timely results and accurate information on a consistent basis, falling in line with the goals of the company while coaching them to achieve individual goals. I managed real-time and day-ahead physical scheduling of energy, as well as, IT support of real-time applications in ISO’s and RTO’s. My project management abilities have allowed me to facilitate the development of industry reliability standards and the implementation of system integration software.
