Kronos Integration LeadAccenture Nov 2010 - Feb 2011Dallas/Fort Worth AreaPepsiCo SAP HR/Payroll Implementation – Provided assistance to the KRONOS and SAP HR/Payroll teams and coordinated the interaction between each team during the final test events just prior to going live to production. Due to the SAP HCM implementation, it was necessary for the KRONOS application team to implement a major upgrade to support the R9 SAP HCM project. The independent efforts required a liaison between the two teams to ensure critical milestones were documented and met for both the KRONOS testing efforts and parallel testing cycles which required integration with KRONOS. During the KRONOS testing cycles there was an additional need for issue management including detailed tracking and reports. By formalizing the communication process with the user/client community for issue reporting, the team was able to track issues consistently and accurately. The detailed issue management tracking identified a project jeopardy with the KRONOS implementation project. This jeopardy was also impacting the SAP HCM implementation being on time. Steps were identified to mitigate the risk and to resolve the issues being caused by the KRONOS implementation. -
