I worked Smart Chat - BOD adjustment cases and applied account adjustments assisting front line agents with customers in real time. I was selected and have completed the 2022 MDP Course, including the Training & Networking event in Dallas, TX in July 2022. I had transitioned to MTS, where I assisted with device, provisioning and network technical support. All while providing the best available services to our customers.
