Accountable for the leadership, strategic direction, and daily operations of technology and staff that directly or indirectly supports the company’s Electronic Health Record system (Epic). Determine overall objectives, establish policies and delegate assignments to achieve goals with budgeted funds and available personnel. Integrate activities between departments to achieve business and technology consensus and ensure The Polyclinic conducts business in an efficient and effective manner. Work with administration, physicians, and staff to develop and implement clinic policies and procedures related to information systems in a manner consistent with the clinic's mission and values.This includes leading the development and implementation of the long-range vision for the EHR system with other key stakeholders in the company, leading clinic-wide optimization efforts to help our physicians more effectively use Epic in providing patient care, and proactively managing the day to day activities related to supporting an EHR system.

One of two project managers on a 23 Million dollar project. The scope of the project was to bring Good Sam Hospital (MGSH) up on the full suite of Epic products with the goal ofachieving organizational efficiency and cost effectiveness through standardization of systems and platforms throughout MHS.
