Managed loyalty products including: Premier Loyalty Platform, ReadyLift, Fulfillment, Merchant Funded and Tranzmatch. Served as a primary liaison and escalation point for key loyalty clients. Worked with the product owners to assist with client launches, development requirements, manage enhancement projects and develop documentation.

Worked with clients to help identify/resolve issues, assist with questions and competed new set up and or changes to existing settings. I provided any relevant comments/feedback to the product team for review and consideration.

Worked closely with the sales team to manage assigned clients in order to maintain revenue as well as identify and implement new revenue streams. I traveled to client sties to work directly with my point of contact for the departments.

Worked internally with the product team to develop and implement the Stage Gate methodology. Assisted with creation of identifying the processes to implement, the creation of training materials as well as managing the gate process.

Worked closely with the Product Team to take the high level strategy and translate to detailed requirements. I worked with all internal teams to ensure the development, test and launch of the products/enhancements.

The first two years were spent specifically travelling to client locations to train the various employees on the client facing product. I gathered client feedback and provided that back to the internal product teams to ensure they had voice of client for any pain points or enhancement suggestions. After that, I moved to a internally training position where I focused on creating and delivering internal training for new employees as well as training on new products/enhancements.
