• Deliver on-site day to day Petroleum-specific SAP, CE-POS subject matter expertise, support, training and coaching to Petroleum Agents and their staff.

• Managed “Below the Wing” services which consists of safely providing services that are required by an aircraft during a turn or while over-nighting which Include: arrival and departure inspections, marshaling aircraft.
• Responsible for supervising and leading a team that provided required services to aviation regulations for the aircraft during a turn-around or while overnighting
• Responsible for ensuring that all ground service equipment was operable
• Ensuring agents were wearing required PPE and uniforms
• Prepared staff meeting agendas and conducting staff meetings
• Planned and executed staff work schedules

• Responsible for ensuring security of passengers for pre-board screening and swabbing passenger items for trace substances using screening equipment
• Ambassador for customer service and interact with passengers and stakeholders in a professional manner
• Ensure that the screening of passengers is completed efficiently and pleasantly maintaining the flow of passengers to influence efficiency
• Follow aviation regulations and standard operating procedures at all times
• Rigorous specialized training and annual re-certification for this position was a requirement
