Responsible for leading corporate initiations involving electronic money movement including disbursements and receipts. Additional responsibilities include PCI DSS and NACHA Rules compliance, bank liaison, bank pricing negotiation, bank website security administration, department BC/DR plan coordination, operational support for payment-related functions, and data reporting for budgeting. • As payment processes subject matter expert (SME), identified all instances of credit card data within the network allowing for the successful removal of data and the transfer of credit card processing to a third-party vendor. • Established and leads PCI Compliance Committee consisting of 17 cross-functional management and staff ensuring a secure environment and full compliance to Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) standards and NACHA Rules.• Secured $150K in annual rebates for vendor and T&C card program. Currently creating proposals to increase rebates in the coming years. • Designed and implemented process to accept homeowner’s insurance premium payments electronically from lenders, resulting in faster and more consistent receipt of funds. • Developed and leveraged relationships with internal and external executive partners across multiple verticals to manage multiple projects simultaneously and negotiate terms/pricing others have been unable to secure. • Mentored and guided numerous project teams with a fierce passion and willingness to listen resulting in the successful completion of many corporate initiatives.
