Development Manager
CurrentDirect the advancement efforts as the primary grant writer collaborating with administration, staff, youth, and board members to develop a wide range of grants for submission to foundations, corporations, and government agencies with an emphasis on health and human services for runaway, homeless, and high-risk youth totaling $1,200,000 annually. Participate in capital campaign fundraising, event management, in-kind donations, and volunteer management meeting an annual operating budget of $4,500,000. Direct all social media activities including redesign of the web site (bridgeotw.org), Facebook, Twitter.Provide creative for annual reports, brochure, appeals, newsletters, invitations, and other marketing materials.Approve all content for publicity through Constant Contact.Develop quarterly reports for the Board of Trustees on the results of grant requests.Update database management system with moves management activities.
