Researched & tracked ground water migration to correlate possible contamination levels by radioactive waste due to leaking underground storage tanks and drums, in compliance with RCRA 261.4 and CERCLA 104-120; analyzed and calculated seismic refraction waves used to locate underground storage tanks, drums, and delineation of aquifer boundaries for marginalization.

Performed audits for waste oil companies to assist with federal site inspections and verifications of all chemicals present in the facility; conducted a site wide audit of client companies that included examination of all documents, including manifests, bills of lading, MSDSs, and purchase orders; interviewed dock employees to uncover contaminant trails and lapses in protocol. Discovered contaminants received in shipping manifests. Advised client regarding notification of Michigan EPA prior to EPA audit, in order to better assess and negotiate possible fines.•Executed Phase I Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM E-1527-13, ensuring clients’ compliance concerning due diligence in property transactions for the construction of commercial sites.
