The loneliness of the individual in everyday life, the loneliness of the employee within the team, or the loneliness of the manager are less stigmatizing topics today, but the way to deal with them is still quite superficial and uncertain. Loneliness is scientifically studied today, in order to better understand it and combat it. Also, what form of loneliness is this?
