Starting as a Customer Service Officer, after several years I progressed to the Customer Service Manager, supervising the team of Customer Service Officers and the main point of contact for the National Sales Team, Managing Key Accounts, Recruitment of Customer Service Staff. In addition to this I would co-ordinate submission of tender documentation and contract renewals in conjunction with the Product Manager, Finance Manager and General Manager.
