- Advise in permits & license issues for resort operation, work with business teams to customize templates for different business models and streamline contract draft, review and approval procedures, including internal business communication, external negotiation, contract drafting, bidding document review and vendor evaluation- Provide legal inputs and reinforce compliance control for Team Member Housing operation(theme park dormitory accommodating over 8,000 residents), independently in charge of all legal matters relating to B2B business (Quanjude, FamilyMart, Costa Coffee etc.) and B2C business (Universal Beijing’s own employees and third-party vendors), legal support including document configuration and system logic setting for all leasing contracts using e-signature IT system, as well as governing policies (standard procedures, manual, guidance) for housing staff and residents to follow - Participate in planning and implementing events/campaigns/projects, liaise between relevant functions from legal and compliance perspective, including public tender for key facilities and construction projects- Deal with key ER cases and work with outside counsels to handle labor arbitration & litigation cases- Offer legal advice and training for function teams on corporate governance and operating affairs

- Assess legal & policy risks of majorevents, lead negotiations of proposed projects & draft cooperation contracts, including distributors’commercial policy, sponsorship & marketing activities - Draft & review routine contracts, maintain company’s contract template pool, represent legal team to approve promotional material- Provide internal legal counseling regarding drug registration & clinical trial etc., establish & optimize local guidelines/SOPs in alignment with HQ- Monitor & analyze new regulations, advise the corresponding strategy & actions plan- Support compliance function to develop internal policy, deliver training to line of business- Represent the company in dispute resolution processes, manage external attorneys

- Lead negotiations with China JV/local government on China vehicle model export & global vehicle model localization- Finalize principle agreements with China JV for Tech & TM license, engineering & manufacturing - Manage China JV’s legal business & its legal team, including giving guidance on building platform for legal affairs, formulating work plans, policies & systems

- Lead major project negotiations & DD for bidding, procurement & investment- Manage legal & compliance teams of branch offices, lead on-site compliance inspection, evaluate compliance operation status & propose rectification suggestions to branch offices- Review insurance agency agreements, labor contracts, NDA & brochures

- Lead business negotiations & review transaction documents, e.g. cooperation with the world’s top brands, including Disney, Coca-Cola, Swarovski & Fox Film- Conduct the company's overall legal work plan, train junior staff to meet needs of the company- Represent retail chain stores in dispute resolutions, e.g. reconciliation agreements draft for infringement disputes; litigation on leasing disputes with external counsels

- Assist to offer state-owned & foreign-funded enterprises advice on daily business operation- Conduct legal research & draft memos for in/out-bound investment projects- Collect, edit, and translate data forbiweekly magazine IP Watch, and assist to hold international seminars
