Supervisor on board for Cabins Department.At present my duties involve programming the work on board, interface and collaboration with the other onboard departments, the organization of work on board with furniture companies; the resolution of any problems working jointly with technical offices, on board departments and contractors; the presentation and negotiation of the product to the representatives of the shipowner for each working phase until the final delivery.In addition, in order to be able to carry out my tasks efficiently, it is necessary to have knowledge of the technical drawings of plant building, of furniture, of insulation and of the related technical specifications.

Le mansioni ricoperte dal 2001 sono state prevalentemente nel controllo produzione scafo: gestione del budjet, preventivi e programmazione delle lavorazioni dell'officina navale, preventivista delle lavorazioni per le officine di pre-montaggio e montaggio sezioni, gestione e preventivi delle modifiche strutturali scafo, gestione del budjet e delle attività scafo (preventivi, contrattazione ditte, gestione delle priorità) dalla chiusura delle sezioni alla consegna nave, expediter delle forniture esterne del reparto scafo. Una breve parentesi trascorsa a bordo come capo prodotto nel settore alberghiero.

Essendo titolare dell'attività mi occupavo delle vendite, gestione acquisti, gestione magazzino, fatturazione, contrattazione con i rappresentanti, gestione delle operazioni bancarie relative all'attività.

Impiegata nel settore assicurativo P&I (protection and indemnity): gestione delle pratiche di risarcimento per i danni riportati da merci, infortuni e malattie marittimi, clandestini, inquinamenti; tali mansioni prevedevano continui contatti con agenzie marittime, società armatrici e gli enti di assicurazione (principalmente in Gran Bretagna).
