Manage staff of four that are vendor managers, (3) Sr Benefits Analysts and (1) Benefits Analyst. Act as vendor manager for Benefit Service Center.Saved organization over $1.1 million after researching and recommending that the Workplace Assault benefit be eliminated. Created and implemented Call Simulations process that is used to measure and improve the performance of the Benefit Service Center Agents. Process has been adopted by organization and will be conducted quarterly with rotating topics.
