About Barbara Bauer

I have many years of experience in product management, project management, budgeting and personnel management. In my former position as head of marketing within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for Johnson & Johnson Medical I was in full responsibility for all marketing activities within the region. Leading a remote team over several locations as well as working within a virtual team was a great challenge and valuable experience. In 2012 I joined Swarovski as a Senior Product Manager and am currently responsible for the top-selling product group of Flat Backs, looking back at many years of experience in Jewelry and high fashion.I am a highly efficient full hands-on person with focus on profit, strong communication skills and a heart for teamwork and leadership.
