In my role as the VP Human Resources & People Services I am responsible for providing leadership in the design, development and implementation of human resource strategies that optimize the organization’s performance and the development of NASCO’s associates. My responsibilities include directing the integration of programs focused at improving NASCO business and associate performance such as organization planning, recruiting, employee assimilation/relations, compensation, benefits, career/competency planning, training and organization development. In addition, I am responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best people talent available and to position the organization as the employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry.Other responsibilities in this role include facilities management for all NASCO locations which include planning and coordinating general facilities administration support, office services, mail, physical security, and monitoring fixed asset inventories and maintenance. In April of 2012,2013, 2014 & 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, & 2019 NASCO was named one of the Best Companies to work for in Atlanta by the AJC. I am fortunate to work with a team of 10 who ROCK and help accomplish the HR and People Services initiatives that make NASCO a great place to work!!Within NASCO, I am the executive sponsor for the Employee and Wellness Committee, the Finance Committee, Compensation Committee, the Information and Security Governance Committee, and the Investment committee at NASCO.I have over twenty-five years of experience in the human resource management and administration areas.I attended DeKalb Community College. My husband of over 38 years and I live in Cumming, Ga. We are huge SEC football fans (GO DAWGS) and have 5 wonderful children - three that have 4 legs and 2 with wings.

I recently accepted an invitation to be the Volunteer EVP over Member Relations for SHRM-Atlanta. I perform this role in addition to my position at NASCO LLC. Responsibilities included managing the local offices of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) division and responsible for operations and client base for Georgia, North Carolina, Texas and California

Responsibilities included supporting the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast Regions of EDS and supporting the three Regional Presidents in an HR Business Partner role. Responsible for handling all employee relations, expatriot coordination, talent acquisition, day-to-day HR duties and implementation of all corporate directives and initiatives throughout the regions supported.

Supported the Utilities Division of EDS as the Strategic Business Partner handling all HR related activities and suporting the Corporate HR directives and initiatives.
