My mission is employment for neurodivergent individuals on the autism spectrum (Asperger’s and similar profiles). I offer:Career development coaching and parent consultations to help individuals choose the right job or career, get hired and address challenges on the job. Professional development training for career counselors and coaches and vocational rehabilitation and DDS specialists and their vendors. Programs include the Asperger’s/Autism Employment Coach Certification and Employment Success for Individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Employee coaching and training for human resources and hiring managers, including the workshop Leveraging Asperger’s/Autism Strengths in the Workplace. I am available for keynote addresses and presentations and can create custom training to meet an organization’s needs. My books are the award-winning Complete Guide to Getting a Job for People with Asperger's Syndrome; the Asperger's Syndrome Workplace Survival Guide; and Helping Adults with Asperger's Syndrome Get & Stay Hired: Career Coaching Strategies for Professionals and Parents of Adults on the Autism Spectrum.
