Our high-intensity program of just 2, 20-minute workouts/week is more effective than 3 weekly workouts on traditional gym equipment. Our fitness program caters to Adults 40+ and is tailored to people who are busy, don’t like the gym scene, are afraid of getting hurt, or just don’t like exercise.
