While serving as the Interim Executive Secretary for the General Manager of Fort Wilderness, I handled incoming communication and calendar for the GM and maintained correspondence and filing for the office. When the Executive Secretary returned from medical leave, I transitioned to giving administrative support for the other managers at the resort.

While serving as the Interim Executive Secretary for the General Manager of Disney's Old Key West Resort, I organized the transition for the change in General Manager at the resort. I fulfilled all administrative assistant duties while the new General Manager interview for a permanent Executive Secretary.

While serving as the Interim Human Resources Manager for Disney's Old Key West Resort, I was responsible for orientation of new hires and implementation of training initiatives. I also oversaw the resort's Guest Satisfaction Measurement program, and I ran the annual United Way campaign.
