Specialty is for young students and Special Needs are addressed. I do work in all subjects including college applications and scholarship search. I make college happen and bring joy, excitement, and possibility thinking to all my students. It's a win-win experience. The most important part of working with a young student is care, interest, listen, and then move forward implementing all aspects of their needs, and just be creative. The focus is to empower the student to find his/her special style.

I am able to bring exceptional tutoring and teaching for all grades from K1 through k12 with experience in State Academic Standards with tools, strategies, and personal one-on-one empowerment with each student. It works!!! I come to each session prepared with books, computer, handouts, and tools for study skills. With my expertise in writing, essay work is the creative brainstorming needed for the student’s ability to find their personal talents. I also prepare college essays and follow prompts for admissions and financial aid. My coursework in English literacy, and tutoring experience has also prepared me to tutor students in Literature, Critical Reading, English, and the humanities. I think reading and writing are important parts of a healthy diet, especially for people with a variety of other interests. As a musician and performer, it is clear that the need for each student to find their personal voice will bring them multiple areas of success leading to any path they desire. Performance is a wonderful experience, learning to enter the world with confidence, in the classroom, friendships, stage, career, and excel in life.
