Yoga teacher, leader, and enthusiast. Spent 20+ years in corporate marketing and then changed careers to become a yoga instructor (and more). I teach yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and I lead personal growth and team building workshops. Classes I facilitate include studio, corporate, and community/charity sessions.
