Developed and implemented strategies and key initiatives to build international Foodservice customer volume, revenue, profit and relationships• Led 25-member virtual international team in support of PEP’s largest international customer, Yum! International. Base beverage business growth CAGR across Yum! portfolio in high single digits over total 13 year span. Drove product & equipment innovation agenda rollout in key customer markets • Facilitated Foodservice capability transfer across PEP’s international sectors: Europe, Latam, Asia Pacific and Middle East/Africa; spearheaded first two PEP Global Foodservice Forums and supported expansion of US Foodservice innovation agenda, including culinary, into 4-5 key international markets, including China, UK and Mexico. Built global knowledge base and network for previously North-America only senior leadership team• After leading account team for small portfolio of global Foodservice customers and successful renegotiation of multi-year contracts (international contract catering, hospitality and leisure), led return of account ownership to PEP international snack and beverage field teams
