I worked in the Banking Industry for over 20 years. Moved to California in 1993 and joined Century 21 Fort Bragg Realty for 3 years as the receptionist. In 1996 I went to work as an administrative assistant at the famous “Skunk Train”. In 1999 a position in the “Property Management Division” at Century 21 Fort Bragg Realty opened up so I got my Real Estate License and joined the company.The knowledge I have gained through the years with the growth of the Property Management Division and my banking background has me capable of handling all aspects of the business. The company name changed in 2015 to “Mendocino Coast Property Management”. The challenge of this job is never ending on keeping up with all new laws, rules and regulations.I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Local California Chapter which hold annual meetings that I look forward to attending. Having my real estate license also provides me membership to the California Association of Realtors (CAR). Not being afraid to admit that I don’t know all answers to questions I have NARPM and CAR for support and education to get the correct answer.
