Current-Manage end to end receivables for US and Canada accounts-Single point of contact for establishing new accounts and providing routine customer support-Created, implemented and maintain gear return process per rental agreement, preventing overages for customers, and improving on-time payment-Remittance process for national conventions, collaborating with marketing department-Synthesize the end to end multiple order-to-invoice processes across three platforms to ensure smooth product delivery and billing for customers -Train office accounting assistant in billing and receivable processes, provide orientation and ongoing coaching support-Created and implemented an improvement to the billing process moving from all paper mail based to fully electronic distribution improving reducing cost and risk of delays and creating a reliable audit trail-Created, implemented and maintain a printing process improvement that changed the way documentation is printed and securely stored, reducing risk for the company and creating consistency for accounting department operations-Provide knowledge and support to senior leaders about their role and interactions across the receivable tools and processes
