-Entered invoices into Oracle/ PeopleSoft. I keyed about 300 invoices per week or a volumn of 5 million weekly.-Issue resolution, worked closely with external and internal associates to resolve any problems.-Checked all statements from Vendors and resolved any issues.-Responded to all invoice inquiries.-Opened and distributed all A/P mail.-Maintained a log of invoices received via US Postal service.-Using the log mentioned above, I contacted the vendors to request that they submit invoices electronically.

-Reviewed submitted Relator licenses and Insurance documents to confirm that the required information was provided and that the correct information was loaded into the Agent portal. - Create a spreadsheet from the Agent portal that showed what agents had documents expiring in the system. Then I contacted the Agent to request the required documents.-Created a spreadsheet from the Agent Portal showing what changes were made to an agents file and then confirming if the changes were permitted per Well Fargo policies. I would contact the agent to resolve any issues that may result from the changes.
