By far the best place and job I’ve ever had. My position was to provide general support for academic departments, academic programs, and faculty. Managed general academic support as well as advising, academic admissions, enrollment, logistics, records and research. Personal assistant role was developed internally after building strong relationships with top members and their families.

Provided administrative support to the clinical care teams and assisted patient’s continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration with both internal and external Providers. I assured all phases of a patient's visit from beginning to end included a timely follow up to achieve optimal patient outcomes. I concentrated with assisting Spanish speaking patients and their families with their medical care, worked with the health department with maintaining vaccinations records and the CEED program for breast cancer patients.

Established and monitored staff work schedules and managed human resource functions, where assigned, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluation, conducting staff meetings, resolving concerns and disputes, payroll processing, disciplining and terminating employees as well as all associated recordkeeping. Managed key business operations including inventory, bank deposits, marketing, etc. I was a part of the integration with Murad and the change from clinic to Spa and held the record for most membership sales multiple months in a row in the state.
