Recruiting And Transition Coordinator
Current• Communicate with general agents, sales managers, recruits and contracting/licensing coordinators to ensure the synchronization of the recruiting and transition process• End to end full life cycle recruiting process including background and on boarding coordination• Expertise in relationship management with internal and external partners• Document control of all communication along with database management• Demonstrates ability to independently analyze trends, identify root cause, and propose solutions.• Implement, manage and retain a detailed project schedule which includes outreach to clients for event set up, material procurement, logistical run through with clients and financial professionals• Provide back up to Contracting & Licensing coordinator
