Help with the program planning and evaluation; drafting supporting documentation related to the public health degrees; Do queries for the program on data, completing data analyses; organizing, facilitating and conducting trainings for faculty and advisors; providing program support for faculty, students, alumni, and community collaborators including: admissions and advisory committees; organizing and coordinating program student orientation, convocation, graduation events; correspondence with student and alumni for all program related events; update student and alumni files; marketing at annual Connecticut Public Health Association, American Public Health Association meetings for program and undergraduate events ; provide program information to potential and current students. Do all photography for the marketing of program for events throughout the year. Photograph our public health graduates on the Uconn Health Center’s day of graduation each spring. Extensive communications with numerous Uconn and UCHC faculty and staff. Maintain student and alumni files. Maintain inventory of supplies for the program. Responsible for all organization of the admissions committee, meetings, and maintaining the Slate program for our applicants. Take responsibility for all admissions process. Support the Chair of the admissions. Order all catering for events and do reservations for rooms etc. Programs and software:Microsoft word, excel, access, powerpoint, Publisher, Peoplesoft, Hyperion Filemaker, and Hobson’s ApplyYourself, SPSS, Adobe Acrabat, Adobe Photoshop and Slate
