Customer Account Manager
Current- Prime customer contact for managing all information pertaining to product delivery, schedules and quotations from customers and external sales representatives. - Manage and perform contract reviews of all customer purchase orders and ensure that customer demands are addressed in a timely manner. - Contribute to achieving on-time delivery goal of 90% by reviewing actual delivery data and managin customer scorecards with customers.- Lead cross-functional customer focus meetings, with engineering, quality and production representation to identify any potential manufacturing risks that may impact customer schedule.- Request and monitor timelines for resolution in order to minimize impact on delivery schedule.- Coordinate and negotiate monthly level load reviews with customer ensuring that deliveries meet their production schedule. - Jointly with contracts, identify sales forecast to planning to ensure capacity availability for production.
