This generated a new revenue stream for our Business Unit to fulfill long-term contract obligations.- Facilitated weekly meetings, defined schedule, and monitored tasks, for client application integrations. Communicated weekly project status to stakeholders and senior management to identify client progress and potential risks. Deployed first client to production environment utilizing cost recovery model, achieving all deliverables within allotted budget client’s required “go-live” (in service) date. - Developed and maintained excellent working relationships with partner domains in the Team Bell Canada Enterprise (TBCE) consortium, PWGSC and other client departments. This relationship was based on clear communication, respect for individual differences, superior listening skills and a win-win team approach. - Evaluated and consulted internal operations groups to obtain feedback and suggestions for process. Incorporated ideas leading to a new and improved process which streamlined client connection, change requests and provided a better customer experience during their connection to testing and deployment to production.
