In each role, I served as a primary point of contact and provided one-stop service solutions. My goal is to create a positive customer experience and collaborate with all service providers, maintain continuous follow-up and build long-term customers’ trust and loyalty. In addition, I am extremely flexible with the ability to multi-task and achieve lean staffing, which capitalizes on every opportunity to achieve continuous quality improvement and performance excellence.
