I bring thirty years of experience facilitating intuitive communication between technology and the people who use it. This includes anticipating possible issues end users may encounter; testing functionality in the hands of end users (especially children); solving problems with creativity; and training these same end users to make the most of a technology. My goal is to create seamless communication between people, whether they are face to face or connected via a digital interface.
