Manages the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Practice and the Endoscopy Units at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Methodist and Jefferson's ASC at Bala. Provides administrative oversight of all operational and financial activities(clinical, research and educational).Responsibilities include program development, financial management, personnel, strategic planning,for 40 physicians, 13 Fellows and 5 Nurse practioners, 6 managers and about 160 support staff. The practice does over 50,000 visits a year and about 23,000 procedures. Also responsible for 10 satellite offices. Key member of the GI/Transplant Service line for all of Jefferson Health Hospitals and represents the Division Of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit at all Dept. of Medicine, JUP, JMC and TJUH meetings and committees.

Managed 5 clinical and ancillary services for the Hospital. Responsibilities included program development, financial management, personnel, physician relations, performance improvement, casemanagement and strategic planning, IRB and all regulatory activities(JCAHO, DOH, OSHA,HIPAA). Represented the Hospital on the Board. Responsible for 5 managers and 175 employees.
